At its weekly meetings in January to April 2022, the Ad Hoc Committee:

• reviewed the state of HIV among Black communities,
• assessed how Canadian responses to HIV had failed Black communities,
• developed a Manifesto to guide and inform a transformative agenda to address HIV among Black communities
